Nunca tomar el pulso con el dedo pulgar, pues tiene su propio pulso.
Sería recomendable comprobar pulso en cuello, y por debajo de las muñecas (debajo).

En los bebes, se hace referencia a dos dedos, uno también es recomendable, dependiendo
de la complexión de la persona, peso corporal, etc.:

1____ dedo para grosor de más de 3 cms.

2____ dedos para grosos de más de 1.5 cms / 2.5 cms.

Abrir la boca :

Para el RCP o Reanimación Cardio-pulmonar, se puede utilizar la palma de la mano del socorrista acompañando la barbilla, sin tocar la boca, ésto hace que naturalmente, se
abra la boca, sin tocar labios, etc, para evitar entrada de posibles infecciones
externas.

Exiten dos maneras de realizar el RCP, en frecuencias de ritmos:

El RCP puede realizarlo una persona o dos, una puede acompañar la insuflación y la
otra el masaje de reanimación del ritmo cárdiaco, por presión :

para bebés :

Yo recomiendo 30:2

[ No necesariamente tiene que seguir específicamente éste ritmo, puede cambiarlo,
si lo cree necesario, según sus observaciones, puede alternarlo,etc ]

Si el resultado es positivo, antes de que llegue las asistencias sanitarias, colocamos al afectado, en posición fetal.

Y continuamos observando si hay movimiento respiratorio, y tomando el pulso, cada intervalo de tiempo de 1 minuto aprox.

Pos-Psicología:

Independientemente del resultado, positivo o nulo.

Debe saber :
Usted ha intentado salvar una vida, un ser humano, una persona.

Nunca debe sentirse mal, por un supuesto fracaso de aparentes acciones de
ayuda o socorrer a/ante heridos, personas afectadas, etc.

Usted es una buena persona que se ha encontrado inmerso en una situación
inesperada, una contingencia ya sea en la vida civil o militar.

En el supuesto que crea que ha salvado una vida, con resultado positivo,
no le dé importancia, y continue su vida normal.

Si le sirve de consuelo, todos tenemos que llegar a la orilla, algunos antes,
otros después o más tarde..

Alguién o algo desconocido, tal vez una coincidencia o una fatalidad en el camino,
le ha puesto una prueba o test, pero usted lleva algo que aprendió un dia en esa
Academía militar o en el ejercito directamente, tal vez en un curso de socorrismo, puede que en la escuela,tal vez en casa, , [ o en is.gd/HfoJW1 ] ..ha llegado el momento de saber si se acuerda de eso que le ensañaron..donde le instruyeron..hacemos una pausa..para ayudar a esa persona que le pide en silencio ayuda..¡Vamos! ¡Adelante!
