Nosotros creemos que Bradley Manning debe ser puesto en libertad, pues no hayamos delito contra el Gobierno de USA.El tiempo corre en contra de las acusaciones vertidas contra el compañero militar representante militar para la causa de investigación de Estados Unidos.
Nos basamos en la JURIDISPRUDENCIA(casos similares que sirven de guía para la justicia de un país o el mundo) de situaciones parecidas e iguales como pueden ser las supuestas filtraciones de documentos confidenciales para la aparente protección de un pueblo,sus garantías constitucionales, y en honor a la verdad.
Pero si observamos que puede haber un supuesto delíto de faltas cometido por responsables militares, según testimonios de personas o pruebas creíbles, a la hora del trato recibido hacia el soldado afectado, en tiempo y forma, siendo en concreto, llamandose o pudiendose llamar supuestos malos tratos recibidos hacia su integridad física.
No pudiendo alegar instrucción militar dichos responsables, pues la persona afectada, es soldado,habiendo realizado su periodo de instrucción y destinado a situaciones de peligro máximo y de combate en zonas y lugares de conflicto armado.
Támpoco cabe la posibilidad de protocolo militar alternativo, pues las normativas militares tienen especial vigilancia y celo para la protección, seguridad y prevención de la vida de la persona acusada u afectada.
Tampoco existe la noción de interrogatorios extremos(amparandose en la legalidad institucional militar para casos de prisioneros de guerra) que posiblemente se hayan efectuado contra(hacia el encausado, pues es representante de las Fuerzas militares de USA.)
No ha sido expulsado del Ejército de los Estados Unidos de América.
En el futuro se escuchará al soldado afectado y sus posibles denuncias públicas, o privadas ante Cortes de Justicia, si hubiere habido abuso de poder, negligencia, acciones radicales de protocolos militares, etc.
así como su reposición de su honor e integridad física, pudiendo legalmente pedir daños y perjuicios por acciones injustas o fuera de lugar del estamento militar del país de la nacionalidad del soldado.
Ésto por esencia a la legalidad, echaría por tierra(dejaria sin argumentación de acusaciones) otras acusaciones hacia el militar Bradley Manning, pues se puede considerar en justicia y las leyes como
una inducción a testificar algo por presión psicológica[1], supuestas amenazas encubiertas, u otros delítos
diversos como pueden ser la coacción oculta desde otras perspectivas de observación hacia el reo o detenido,
por intereses distintos o diversos para encubrir algo, un momento, situación, personas, investigación fidedigna, moral, ética, legal, cualquiera que sea, dentro de la legalidad presente del país amigo de los Estados Unidos de América.

Creemos que si es absuelto por el delíto de referencia que sustenta a las demás acusaciones, ésto significa
que no hay causa o motivo para acusar al soldado afectado Bradley Manning, siendo la posible justificación
de dichas acusasiones el ocultar al verdadero culpable o culpables de acciones de encubrimiento u ocultación
de acciones ilegales, u errores de protocolos efectuados o encargados a los responsables directos de las secciones de seguridad y protección de los documentos, así como unidades militares envueltas en situaciones
dudosas y no aclaradas para la investigación del pueblo de los Estados Unidos de América, en concreto por sus representantes políticos, gobiernos, u militares, y sus respectivas secciones, unidades, delegaciones,
despachos,oficinas,agencias, las que fuere en el pasado, presente y futuro para la averiguación de responsabilidades y co-responsabilidades administrativas, judiciales,políticas, de seguridad nacional, militares, o civiles, pudiendo ser todas incluídas.
Habiendo sido declarado el soldado Bradley Manning inocente - no culpable de delíto por colaboración con el enemigo, entendemos por lo mencionado y finalmente, en nuestro entendimiento neutral de analísis que no existe culpa o falta por la acción del soldado encausado, pues tienen que valorarse además otros eximentes de pena/s, como pueden ser:
- Arriesgar su integridad física y personal para comunicar supuestos actos delíctivos ocultos o tapados por responsables a investigar o determinar por la justicia competente del país norteamericano, USA.
- Colaboración con la Justicia en cualquier momento por la defensa del soldado encuasado, y la persona encausada.
- Expediente militar excelente.
- No se percibe delíto de descubrimiento de secreto gubernamental, pues el secreto gubernamental o de país, está subordinado a las leyes y su pueblo de la nación, y no al contrario, en determiandas situaciones para la investigación de un supuesto delíto ocultado, encubierto, o por incompentencia de investigación.
- El soldado Manning, hizo y efectuó lo que parace ser su conciencia le dictaba,(Iniciativa propia para y por la verdad) y era comunicar de forma legal e informar sobre aparentes hechos de investigación, no creemos que los documentos adicionales de relevación sean motivo de encausamiento, pues en aras de la investigación personal de Manning, creemos que todos los documentos relacionados con el ejército, diplomacia, y gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América está interralacionado, o relacionado directa u indirectamente con la investigación de supuestos delítos cometidos por otras personas en el ejército, falta de protocolo de actuación militar, delítos no investigados, etc, a determinar por las autoriades judiciales competentes del país de forma autorizada.
Por supuesto, ésto deriva o puede derivar en no confiar en las Autoridades del país que defiende y representa siendo miembro activo militar de los Estados Unidos de América, para su metodología de investigación personal en honor a la verdad con hechos, pruebas u argumentos creíbles.(Factores)

miembro militar en activo y/o perteneciendo a éste colectivo militar de Fuerzas del país.
Siendo un defecto de forma todo las acusasiones, en nuestra opinión, pues decimos, que el señor Manning
es el mismo pueblo de los Estados Unidos de América, y es una incongruencia acusarse así mismo por alguién
que no es la persona afectada.
Se podría aceptar, algo parecido de forma legal a:
En representación del pueblo, nación, país, de los Estados Unidos de América, contra Bradley Manning.
- Reconocimiento de no culpabilidad,provinientes de colectivos de la defensa de la paz, libertad, y los Derechos Humanos, como pueden ser las famosas agrupaciones y/o entidades legales a nivel mundial, siendo, AMNISTÍA INTERNACIONAL Y REPRESENTANTES POLÍTICOS , y PREMIOS NOBEL DE LA PAZ, en representación a la sociedad civil, en diversas e indistintas zonas del mundo.
- Y por último, las propuestas electorales prometidas a los ciudadanos por el actual Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América, quedan o son mermadas, pues dichas promesas de proteger al personal y ciudadanos del país mencionado que intentare denunciar, invetigar, y/o averiguar posibles delítos o faltas por responsables, mandos militares, policiales, de diversos campos de la sociedad, iban a ser protegidos.
Entendiendose como un posible mensaje al mundo por quién representa al Gobierno del país involucrado, como
una tomadura de pelo a/hacia los ciudadanos de dicha nación honorable, respetada y de referencia en el mundo, de forma global, pudiendose sentirse dicha población engañada por sus representantes políticos en
tiempo y forma por la falta de acciones o credibilidad de dichas promesas detectadas en el año 2008.
Siendo los mismos representates políticos de efectuar las mencionadas promesas legales y democráticas, el actual gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América, en su representante máximo, el presidente de la nación, en el año de nuestro señor Jesucristo, 2013.

Además no estamos seguros si la publicación de informaciones de la posible tendencia sexual u orientación sexual del soldado afectado podría estar vinculado a las posibles presiones sometidas para declararse culpable, trastorno de la personalidad, etc, tal vez por aquellos que intentan tapar, ocultar la verdad como medida de presión hacia el reo, para una posible ventaja ante la sociedad mediática o referencia subjetiva para el dictamen de la justicia, o simplemente como mecanismo de defensa ante la justicia por parte del reo por sentirse solo, olvidado, indefenso ante todo una maquinaria de poder establecido acusandole de algo que no existe a fecha de hoy como delíto.
Hay que respetar las reglas del juego, tanto si nos gusta el resultado, como si no.
Sigamos confiando en la justicia del país amigo de Estados Unidos de América, siendo guía y referencia
para otros países amigos en el mundo y sus libertades avanzadas.

Bradley Manning es un soldado muy digno,ha representado muy bien a su país dentro y fuera de su nación, creemos que ha hecho lo correcto, tal vez no de forma muy inteligente, tal vez de forma impulsiva por su impetu de investigar la verdad,pero si es de alabar su acción por demostrar y destapar posibles delítos acontecidos dentro del estamento militar del país amigo de los Estados Unidos de América.
Para algunos críticos militares comentan que no ha estado en primera línea de fuego, bien, nosotros creemos que está compensado con el frente abierto en donde permanece.
En ocasiones por defender a las personas que tienen sus ideas de pensar, su orientación sexual, etc,
personas que son heterosexuales, como el dicente,Yo, ME, I, son acusados de ser también gays, homosexuales, bisexual,raro, descalificativos de la inteligencia, etc.
Incluso por decir NO, a personas de sexo femenino o masculino, son tildadas de lo mencionado.

de fuertes medidas de seguridad antes de entrar a Instituciones públicas del pueblo, Justicia,Hospitales,etc, en algunos países avanzados para su seguridad y su personal.
Pues si va escoltado por personal de seguridad y con esposas(grilletes) no hace falta tocarle físicamente para el acompañamiento, ésto se considera un detalle de honor por buena conducta hacia el reo o detenido, en mensaje psicológico, por algunas fuerzas de seguridad de países en el mundo.
Siendo naturalmente y legalmente los responsables de seguridad del acompañamiento los que tomen la desición final, por supuesto.
Muchas veces personas que intentan relacionarse, desarrollarse o trabajar en diferentes sectores del mundo laboral pueden padecer situaciones de incomprensión, maltrato psicológico o simplemente ocultar su propia identidad como secreto y autodefensa psicológica de su personalidad en una sociedad aparentemente guiada por unos canones o valores caducos en pensamientos abiertos.
En la sexualidad, personalidad del individuo por seguir unas pautas aparece en personas inesperadas o acostumbrado el observador como algo normal para su posible percepción de las cosas.

Recordamos una vez más, que las personas que expresan su sexualidad, cualquiera que sea, Bisexual, homosexual, etc, no son enfermos, son personas con sus preferencias para la busqueda de su supuesta felicidad en ésta lucha de la vida.
Dichas personas que tienen unos roles en la sociedad de similar características aún hoy, tienen que hacer un esfuerzo psicológico adicional de forma personal y oculto para lo mencionado.
El mundo relacionado con la idea militar, hoy en dia, no significa ser sexista, sino patriota o defensor de algo justo, el valor y la Paz en el mundo.
Si todo el mundo pensara de la misma forma, el mundo sería muy aburrido y no se comprarian periodicos en el mundo..pero es bueno recordarlo.
En situaciones de máxima presión, en un mensaje psicológico indirecto hacia el individuo, la persona afectada
suele exteriorizar sus miedos, temores, dudas, o simplemente la verdad de forma clara y abrupta como resultado final de pensamiento.
Pues dichas personas ya no tienen nada que perder por supuesto agravio a su persona u indentidad personal.
