PROTOCOL INFORMATION PREVIOUS VOLUNTEER GUIDE :

Algunos consejos o recomendaciones de Indicaciones para el futuro Guía voluntario para personas afectadas por visión :
PREVIA INFORMACIÓN DE PROTOCOLO DEL GUÍA VOLUNTARIO :
Intente llegar con antelación para el inicio del acompañamiento, o sea puntual.
Al presentarse a la persona con dicha particularidad de visión, nos situaremos en frente de la persona siempre, para
que ésta, tenga referencia de posición de orientación.Buscaremos la mano o le comunicaremos verbalmente encantado de
conocerle, le saludo estrechandole la mano(saludo).
Cuando vayamos a recoger a la persona con visión afectada, nos presentaremos con nombre de pila(seudonimo) nombre
completo y apellidos, mediante el pulsador de timbre, teléfono de portero electrónico, etc.
Preguntaremos a la persona afectada con visión disminuída, si porta o lleva consigo la documentación de identificación
personal, y/o documentos relacionados con el objeto de la visita o motivo del acompañamiento de la marcha o viaje.
Siempre preguntaremos a la persona con visión afectada, donde desea que nos ubiquemos, lado derecho o izquierdo.
Así como que acompañamiento físico en Brazo o en Hombro del voluntario.
El Guía debe de llevar algún tipo de tarjeta de transporte público personal, dinero o medio de comunicación(movil),
como recomendación auxiliar de ayuda hacia la persona acompañada(puede haber extravio de documentación, pérdida o
no portar identificación del acompañado/a).Y siempre para continuar la marcha, destino o viaje.
Puede llevar un brazalete, identificativo o tarjeta de carnet de Guía voluntario.
UBICACIÓN PARA EL ACOMPAÑAMIENTO :
Habiendo comunicado el lugar o posición de preferencia de la persona afectada con visión disminuída, retiraremos
cualquier tipo de objeto que sobresalga de nuestra indumentaria del voluntario y su posible contacto, para evitar
rozaduras, cortes, o incomodidad para el acompañamiento con su Guía.Los objetos que porta el Guía se ubicaran en el
lado contrario del lugar seleccionado para acompañiento físico.(llaves, llaveros, movil, riñoneras, bolsos,etc)
Para el acompañamiento se utilizará el brazo de acompañamiento, agarrado al Voluntario, u hombro del Voluntario.
El Voluntario excepcionalmente puede o podrá guiar a varias personas al mismo tiempo, por delante con hombro y otra
persona detrás o los dos detrás del Guía.La persona con algo de visión estará siempre delante de la persona con menor
visión, la persona afectada con menor visión estará detrás de la persona con mejor visión.Otra forma es en paralelo,
utilizando hombro o brazos descritos anteriormente.
No se recomienda más de 2(dos) personas para acompañamiento, puede crear confusión, tropiezos o malentendidos en la
marcha con el Guía de personas con visión baja. G + 1 + 1 or A + G + B ------ B + G + A
Cuando vayamos desplazandonos con la persona afectada, seremos sus ojos de forma temporal, comunicaremos en todo
momento aún siendo reiterativos de toda información relevante que divisemos, calle, Avenida, semaforos, pivotes
metálicos, escalones pequeños - medianos o escalones pronunciados, pasos de cebras o pasos peatonales, salidas de
vehículos de garajes próximos, acerado o superficie en mal estado, desnivel, badenes, charcos, techo bajo, arboles o
vegetación pronunciada cercana en la vía peatonal, veladores/mesas y sillas cercanas de bares y restaurantes en la
acera,riego de agua que invade el acerado, si hay confluencia de personas delante de nosotros, peatones en sentido
opuesto a nuestro dirección de la marcha, si se estrecha caminos, acerado, o pasillos con mobiliario u obstaculos en
línea recta en instalaciones, oficinas, servicios y aseos siendo sexos opuestos se efectuará hasta el umbral de la puerta
de acceso y esperaremos a fuera siempre, en los aseos vigilaremos de personas sospechosas para nuestro entendimiento al
utilizar o coincidir en acceso a aseos o servicios de aseos, comunicaremos la presencia de anscensores/pisos/referencias
de subida o bajada en el anscensor,si efectua una compra u adquiere algún producto estaremos vigilantes con dineros,
donde comunicamos en todo momento la referencia de monedas, billetes, tickets, cambio o vueltas del cambio por acciones
comerciales básicas,paradas de autobuses y tiempo estimable de llegada de vehículos de autobuses.
TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO/PRIVADO :
Al utilizar cualquier tipo de transporte público utilizaremos los asientos habilitados para dichas personas con sus
pecualiaridades personales(visión baja o afectada), si hubieran personas no discapacitadas utilizando dichos servicios
prioritarios o preferencias de uso de asientos indicados con sus correspondientes logotipos reglamentarios invitaremos
a las personas no afectadas a ceder dichos lugares amablemente utilizando el por favor o si fuera tan amable de..
Si la persona no accede, se puede comunicar al conductor público del transporte público para que pare el vehículo por una
incidencia de transporte público reglamentario hasta que se subsane dicha problemática con las personas afectadas.
Si se diera el caso que no hubiera asientos disponibles por uso de otras personas con similares características, nos
ubicaremos siempre en lugares si es posible,rodeados por barandillas de mano o soporte de agarre y rodeando a la persona
guiada con los brazos extendidos en soportes de agarres laterales u horizontales, creando un circulo imaginario de cordón
de seguridad pasiva contra empujones, tropiezos, golpes por/de viajeros, público, etc.
Comunicar en todo momento si el transporte público/o privado a tomar está muy lleno de personas o viajeros, preguntar si
desea esperar a otro transporte o vehículo donde se halle más vacio de personas o con viajeros.
Intente no preguntar por la vida privada de nadie, y sus circunstancias personales o privadas.Siempre escuche u oiga,
será un oyente pasivo.No descalifique cosas, intente dirigirse a las personas invidentes con adjetivos complementarios
como pueden ser personas afectadas, con características particulares, particularidades personales, etc.
Intente utilizar he percibido o percibo, o tenemos de referencia delante de nosotros, en vez de a la vista está de
nosotros, mira lo que pone ahí, etc.En realidad para las personas que estan acostumbradas o llevas tiempo con
características personales(Invidencia o visión baja) no les importará.Pero tenga en cuenta que siempre hay personas
que pueden llevar poco tiempo con la particularidad(invidencia o visión baja), necesita ayuda psicológica para superar
la nueva situación o adaptarse a ella.
EL VOLUNTARIO GUÍA :
El voluntario no se adapta a la persona afectada, es la persona afectada(con visión baja) la que tiene que adaptarse al
Voluntario, sabiendo previamente que el Voluntario debe de facilitar en todo momento al acompañado su viaje o
desplazamiento.
Si hay dos caminos o más, usted le guiará por el camino que crea que es más seguro para su estimación personal( el del
voluntario) si la persona está acostumbrada a un determinado itinerario, preguntele y consulte previamente para estar
de acuerdo.
Si usted Guía Voluntario, dice debemos pararnos en la marcha, la persona debe de pararse y cooperar siempre con el
voluntario, si la persona afectada desea pararse, usted Guía voluntario se parará y se interesará por el motivo o causa
por que se ha parado la persona con visión baja.
El ritmo de marcha será lento, de paseo, o de andar lentamente, siempre desde la referencia del Guía preguntando
al acompañado si necesita ir más despacio o si desea ir más un poco más rápido en el sentido de la marcha para el
acompañamiento voluntario de referencia.
Si hubiera alguna incidencia comunicará en todo momento a sus responsables de la entidad de Ayuda, cualquier tipo de
información relevante que pueda afectar al voluntario y/o a la persona afectada por visión baja o sin visión física,
lo antes posible y para tener constancia de la información o consulta.
Por ejemplo en los siguientes supuestos o factores adicionales :
Actitud negativa de la persona acompañada.
Estados alterados de la realidad.
Estados de embriaguez, o similar.
Enfermedades temporales o no comunicadas para el trayecto.
Trato incorrecto o mala educación.
El servicio de Finalización del Voluntario finalizará cuando el acompañado se halle de regreso en su casa o domicilio
de forma segura.
El Guía voluntario no realizará ninguna tarea adicional o complementaria mientras se efectua el acompañamiento de la
persona con visión afectada, no se desviará de su cometido o destino concertado de forma autorizada previamente, e
intentará siempre estar pendiente y vigilante de la persona acompañada.
OTROS :
El Guía voluntario es una referencia segura para la persona que necesita trasladarse a algún lugar para cualqueier motivo
personal público o privado, y dede estar comunicado previamente a los responsables de la Empresa u Organización que
representa la Ayuda de forma reglamentaria, y a sus enlaces de Ayuda.
El futuro acompañado/a intentará comunicar a los responsables de Coordinación de la Entidad colaboradora de Ayuda en
tiempo y forma, con plazo o dias de antelación para la solicitud de un Guía voluntario para su acompañamiento posterior.
Servicios como pueden ser, ir al médico, estudios, visitas concertadas, compras, eventos, etc.
