Hay que decir que algunas personas cuando acceden a Internet, se olvidan por unos momentos de las leyes o normativas de la zona o país donde reside, vive, etc.
Eximentes de culpa u acción:
- Ésto puede ser un eximente para las personas afectadas, lo decimos por que los abogados de la defensa casi nunca aportan éstos datos.
- Otro eximente de culpa, puede ser donde se ubican los comentarios, pues si el servidor está localizado en zimbawe, y en ese país, no tiene reconocido dicha conducta personal de opinión libre como delito, decimos, no creemos que deban efectuar cargos contra los usuarios afectados.
- Otro posible eximente a tener en cuenta, es si los comentarios que una persona efectua, ya sea por el estado de ánimo, euforia, humor descontrolado, etc. puede malinterpretarse por otros amigos
algo más sensibles en otras zonas del mundo o sus gobiernos.
Por ejemplo:
En España, decir coloquialmente
- ¡Ésto es una pasada, eres criminal tío!
Significa que la persona está excitada por euforia, alegría y aprecio por algo que le gusta
o aprecia, como pueden ser sus amigos.
Tal vez le interese, el contra punto a la censura injustificada o desmesurada(desproporcionada)
en algunas zonas del mundo que llevan la bandera de la libertad en la mano.

Nos preguntamos entonces, quien decide lo que está bien o mal, pues si no hay moderación y ética
acorde a los tiempos que vivimos y en concreto para las nuevas tecnologías, creemos que no existe
la libertad de expresión, existe un estado policial.
Se imagina si ésto hubiera aparecido(ocurrido) en China..lo que dirian algunos sectores de otros países llamados libres..¡Comunistas! ¡Censura!
Hay que diferenciar lo que es la vida civil, de la vida militar.
Por que si no se diferencia, nos encontramos en un estado policial dentro de un país.
Dejad a los chavales expresarse, todos hemos sido jovenes, algunos nos sentimos jovenes todavía, xD.
Muchas veces se utilizan palabras que pueden parecer insultos por que estan escritas, pero en inglés y castellano, así como otros idiomas más antiguos, utilizados coloquilamente para las tecnologías al expresarse las personas con diferentes conocimientos adquiridos, ya sea utilizar una jerga, dialecto, etc. es aceptable y amigable.
Por supuesto hay que diferenciar cuando algo es bueno, muy preocupante, o dañino para la sociedad.

Aquellos tiempos:
Antiguamente en algunas partes del mundo, sobre todo el mundo anglosajón, España, y Norteamerica, estaba extendida la idea de como educar a aquellos seres diminutos y traviesos de forma algo rígida.
Muy popular en colegios de curas, y monjas..
Cuando iba a clases de pre-escolar, me propinaron golpes con una regla del profesor, el maestro de turno.Así es Webmaster.
La regla misteriosamente en uno de los golpes hacia mis manos hizo un movimiento raro, y se rompió de cuajo( por la mitad).
Tal vez una señal de Dios y sus protectores, el uso continuo de dicho instrumento, o un golpe de suerte..
Psicologicamente éstos tipos de casos afectan a las personas que son tímidas y reservadas para tomar iniciativas en la vida, pues
en ocasiones las experiencias vividas(trágicas) hacen que otros amigos se piensen dos veces determinadas propuestas en cualquier
campo de la vida.
Suerte, que no había una tienda de material de escuela cerca, xD. )

Mí delito:
Ser el primero en terminar la caligrafía, ser el mejor.
(Hoy en dia, si un niño hace algo, y llaman a los padres, los padres del niño posiblemente no acepten las críticas del profesor.
En algunas ocasiones los padres se ponen nerviosos, y no admiten que su hijo está mal educado, debe estudiar más, etc
Posiblemente por la falta de tiempo, trato, confianza, etc.)
Como cambia el mundo..que se lo digan a mís nudillos...lol
