But, - What is for illegal content?

The general user when accessing read the terms of service of any web site or on the Internet , looking for information to use a particular service either accoutrements or cost ( surcharge) .

In these TOS references , usually appear permissions information , conditions of service, etc. But brief manner sometimes referred to Illegal content or copyrigth (Rights ) .
Ok , the copyrigth is understood , it is acceptable to protect the above, but .. And the meaning Illegal content ?

 

 

If you do not know what it means illegal content to know.. What is the Legal content? The reader can easily deduce that the most likely answer would be ALL THAT IS PERMITTED.
Who allows the Company, the laws of a country, the assessment of an employee of the company according to your ideas or thoughts ..?
If I have a video of my property, purchased legally, with its reference number, the content is legal, therefore not in violation copyrigth by a simple example.
If a naked person, who decides if it is art, is allowed, etc.? They'll call the team? Censor or jury to assess if allowed something that goes a user has legally acquired?

 

What if it's critical or critical information with any religion .. etc?

 

 

 

 

We do not know if the person writing the document works for the governments in the world, know the data, but strikes us as such terms is ambiguous , broad , encompassing countless
meanings to any known language in the world today .

We keep watching this nomenclature or technical word formaularios sites , conditions, etc. .. But you do not specify anything in particular to the above.

So if a person or user has a private account , cost , payment, or free , do not know or really know the limitations of using a tool support , service, etc. .

So the consumer or user is not sure if the information you try to upload, share , etc is permitted or is in violation of any rule, regulation , etc. . for the comments .

We believe that this is done intentionally to any part of the world, where the word is used as a subordinate to the department or company that lends support to the Networks.

Illegal may be one thing in one country and another may be necessary or undisputed , if the person is in the country of service or company promoting information increases further ambiguity .


Subtly said word is used to have control of the people , which detects if the above track for the
Company , Corporation , service, etc. . is quick to justify legal excuse for the above .

But if we understand that this is illegal , it is a pure contradiction , because
the user believes that using the service for free , and it is not.

We deduce not find many related articles, information, comments, etc. outlined everything that people do not stop to read

I have not seen many organizations protect consumers , members , internet , etc. , that refer to content Illegal , maybe
to have knowledge of the control to the Internet on an agreed and after , government grants , government grants , etc. ..

So..,  ..how can we know when something is illegal or not, for the service you offer support ?

 

If you specify that the content is not permitted pornography, copyrigth, violence, nudity, blood, drugs ..creation of Software keys.. What is the illegal content and terminology that is located in a part?

referred to what may be called ILLEGAL CONTENT .

Of course there must be a basic control information, but at the same time must have some guarantees of privacy , legality , and
accurate information to avoid misunderstandings towards general users in the world.

Contenido Ilegal.

Pero, ¿Qué entendemos por Contenido Ilegal?

 

El usuario de forma general cuando accede a leer los términos de servicios de algún lugar web o en Internet, busca más información para utilizar un determinado servicio ya sea gratuíto o de coste (pago).

En dichas referencias de TOS, suelen aparecer la información de los permisos, condiciones del servicio, etc.Pero de forma escueta hace referencia en ocasiones a contenido Ilegal o con copyrigth(Derechos de autor).

Ok, el copyrigth se entiende, es aceptable para proteger lo mencionado, pero.. ¿Y el significado contenido Ilegal?

 

 

Si no sabemos que significa el contenido ilegal, ¿Cúal es el signficado de contenido Legal? El lector puede deducir facilmente que la respuesta más factible podría ser TODO AQUELLO QUE ESTÁ PERMITIDO.
¿Y quién lo permite la Empresa, las leyes de un país, la valoración de un trabajador de dicha empresa según sus ideas o pensamientos..?
Si yo tengo un video de mí propiedad, comprado de forma legal, con su número de referencia, el contenido es legal, por lo tanto no incumple el copyrigth, por poner un ejemplo sencillo.
Si aparece un desnudo de una persona, ¿quién decide si es arte, está permitido, etc, ? ¿Llamarán al equipo censor o jurado para valorar si es permitido algo que sube un usuario que ha adquirido de forma legal?
¿Y si es información crítica o de crítica con alguna religión..etc?

 

 

No sabemos si la persona que redacta el documento trabaja para los Gobiernos en el mundo, desconocemos los datos, pero nos llama la atención dichos términos pues es ambiguo, amplio, abarca infinidad de significados para cualquier idioma conocido en el mundo actual.

Nosotros llevamos observando dicha nomenclatura o palabra técnica en formularios webs, condiciones, etc..Pero no se especifica nada en concreto para lo mencionado.

 

Así si una persona o usuario posee una cuenta privada, de coste, pago o libre, no sabe o desconoce en realidad las limitaciones de uso de una herramienta de ayuda, servicio, etc.

 

Por lo que el consumidor o usuario tampoco está seguro de si la información que intenta subir, compartir, etc es permitida o está infringiendo alguna norma, reglamento, etc. para lo comentado.

 

Nosotros creemos que ésto se realiza de forma intencionada para cualquier parte del mundo, donde dicha palabra es como una subordinación de uso hacia el servicio u Empresa que presta la ayuda en las Redes.

 

Ilegal puede ser una cosa en un país, y en otro puede ser necesario o indiscutible, si la persona no es del país del servicio o Empresa que promociona la información, la ambiguedad aumenta más aún.

Sutilmente se utiliza la mencionada palabra para tener un control de las personas, donde si de detectase un seguimiento para lo mencionado la Empresa, Corporación, servicio, etc. tiene la excusa legal rápida para justificarse por lo expuesto.

Pero entendemos que ésto si es ilegal, es una contradicción pura, pues el usuario cree que utiliza el servicio de forma libre, y no es así.

Deducimos por no encontrar muchos artículos relacionados, información, comentarios, etc de todo lo reseñado que las personas no se paran a leer las condiciones y comentarlo o exponerlo en Internet.

Támpoco he visto muchas Organizaciones de la defensa del consumidor, usuarios, internautas, etc, que hagan referencia al contenido Ilegal, tal vez por tener conocimiento de dicho control hacia los internautas de forma acordada y previa, subvenciones estatales, ayudas de los gobiernos, etc,..

 

Entonces, ¿cómo podemos saber cuando una cosa es Ilegal o no, para el servicio que ofrece la ayuda?

 

Si se especifica que el contenido no permitido es la pornografía, copyrigth, violencia, desnudos, sangre, drogas, crear llaves de software..¿Qué es el contenido ilegal y por que se  ubica en terminología a parte?

 

 

Existen las normativas, leyes, etc, pero el usuario aún sabiendo lo que está bien o mal dentro de un marco legislativo, no tiene información específica referido a lo que se puede denominar CONTENIDO ILEGAL.

 

Por supuesto debe de haber un control básico para la información, pero al mismo tiempo debe de haber unas garantias de la privacidad, legalidad, y información precisa para evitar malentendidos hacia los usuarios de forma general en el mundo.

 

En el desarrollo del post el observador puede entender un pensamiento rígido o de critica de forma rápida, pero es correcto, es así, pues la información que se utiliza puede hacer que metan a una persona en problemas, o suplantar la identidad de dicha persona como usuario de algún sitio en la Red.

 

También podrá percatarse de lo mencionado al crear un sitio web, pues habiendo leído las reglas y normas de un lugar previamente que le ofrece la ayuda, usted como Webmaster administra un lugar que ha creado.

 

Dicho lugar creado por usted en las Redes, no incumple de forma general ninguna norma, o mejor dicho, no están claras las normas.Veamos un ejemplo rápido:Prohíbido ubicar material para mayores de 18 años, de adultos, etc.Los usuarios que accedan deben de tener más de 14 años.

 

La información que se aporte o el lugar creado es de forma general para adultos, si usted es menor debe de corroborar el acceso al lugar con un permiso paterno o consentimiento de acceso.Por lo que no está muy claro las indicaciones de como y quien puede visitar dicho lugar.De todas formas los dispositivos personales de conexión, los del usuario disponen de herramientas de configuración para evitar determinados contenidos de acceso a sitios webs.

 

Por lo que no se entiende muy bien, y creemos que no aprovechen de la mejor forma los servicios que se ofrecen como ayuda para los usuarios.Ésto es un pensamiento particular, (el mío) de forma personal, pero posiblemente usted lo detecte si navega de forma internacional.

 

¿Quién sale o es perjudicado de todo lo mencionado?

Todos, todas las personas, pues puede haber personas, Webmasters que no obtengan lucro o beneficio monetario por compartir, además de los usuarios y visitantes del lugar, o por supuesto la empresa que ofrece el servicio, pues limita su uso o negocio.
