Analísis del Caso de forma personal e individual :

Desde un punto de referencia de las leyes estadounidenses se debe considerar un delito
facilitar, desvelar información del Gobierno y Fuerzas de los Estados Unidos de América.

Partiendo de esa base, es entendible el arresto del soldado amigo Bradley Manning.



Pero, siempre hay un pero o cuestión que debe analizarse.
Y no menos importante para salvaguardar al pueblo de los Estados Unidos de América y
su credibilidad ante el mundo.



Todos sabemos que las leyes hay que cumplirlas y los gremios profesionales como son
el Ejército, tiene el deber de acatarlo.



Pero en determinadas cuestiones para la justicia, es reconocido, el derecho a investigar
y buscar la verdad, en cualquier campo de la vida.

 

Similar e igual ideas para Greenpeace Movimiento(s), PussyRiots, etc..para la ética palabra de la verdad.



Si una persona sea estudiante, bombero, policía, conductor, cualquier gremio o profesión
detecta un posible delito cometido por otro colectivo, grupo, asociación o por el mismo
Gobierno de una nación, tiene el deber de comunicarlo inmediatamente a la justicia que considere
el denunciante, de forma segura.



Si una persona no confía en un Gobierno de un determinado país, posiblemente el motivo sea
por que dicho Gobierno u personal relacionado está implicado en el asunto investigado.

Hoy en día, desde hace medio siglo aproxidamente, la libertad de prensa garantiza que las
personas puedan investigar, denunciar e informar al resto de los ciudadanos en el mundo, por
algo relevante o que se considera noticia.

Dicho lo cual, creemos y entendemos que si es condenado el amigo Bradley, Estados Unidos
podría perder la credibilidad y pasar a un segundo plano como defensor de los Derechos Humanos en el mundo, pues no tendría sentido desde un punto de referencia del observador neutral
no reconocer la no culpabilidad de dicho miembro de las Fuerzas del honorable ejército de USA.

Las consecuencias podrían ser diversas e incalculables desde un supuesto analísis para los
observadores en le mundo.Pues, sería una contradición siendo los hechos denunciados en los
Medios informativos, como una aparente desconfianza del pueblo ( los ciudadanos) del país
afectado, y el resto del mundo.

Como por ejemplo la no colaboración informativa de Medios de comunicación en el mundo con
los gobiernos involucrados, según se resuelva satisfactoriamente o no, para el tratamiento
de la información por los profesionales del periodismo.

Otros colectivos como son los investigadores privados, podrían no colaborar con los Gobiernos
de turno del país de USA, de la misma forma como lo podrían realizar, si el caso no es resuelto
en honor a la verdad y la justicia verdadera.

La Libertad de prensa quedaría mermada, subyugada a los intereses políticos de algunos países
en el mundo, y no se podría ejercer el derecho a la libertad de prensa y la investigación de
datos (Factores) para cualquier apartado del tratamiento de la información.Esto podría
considerarse censura, y encubrimiento de supuestos actos delíctivos por intereses políticos
personales u privados de algunas personas, anteponiendo lo mencionado contra la libertad de
las personas o el pueblo de una nación garantísta de los derechos humanos y la legalidad
internacional.

 

En nuestra opinión, se debería investigar aún más, quién ordenó, encubrió toda la información
que aparece y no fué considerado como un acto delictivo, error de protocolo de actuación o
falta de previsión para la seguridad interna del país amigo de los Estados Unidos de América.

Por lo que creemos, que debe ser absuelto, indemnizado, y reconocido el hecho de haber colaborado
inderectamente con la aclaración e información de posibles y supuestos hechos confirmados como
veraces y/o creíbles.

Así como un reconocimiento público, ante las Fuerzas del ejército, con honores, por defender
la verdad, y el honor del Ejército de los Estados Unidos de América, hacía el mundo.

 

Si no ocurriera así, en nuestra opinión sería un grave error de sentido común, y produciría un
daño irreparable a/en la imagen de USA dentro y fuera de sus dominios, como salvaguarda (guardián - protector) en el mundo, siendo afectados(perjudicados) involuntariamente, subsidiariamente el
pueblo amigo de USA.

 

Nota:
Por supuesto no estamos de acuerdo en la forma de haberse comunicado, investigado la información.
Pero en ocasiones, se podría entender, ..que el fin (causa)..justifica los medios(herramientas) realizados..

Y tampoco estamos de acuerdo con la metodología (forma y metodos) de detención del soldado involucrado en denunciar los hechos y pruebas de información de las mencionadas irregularidades no aclaradas o silenciadas
por las Fuerzas encargadas de investigar minuciosamente responsabilidades de los causantes de la
problemática acontecida en tiempos atrás.

No se debe castigar al que prueba los hechos, y sí al que comete el delíto o lo incubre,en
cualquier faceta de la vida, momento en el tiempo o lugar en el mundo.

Confiamos en la Justicia de USA.

Hay una cosa en derecho legislativo, en las leyes y su aplicación, que debe tenerse en cuenta, en situaciones especiales.
Se trata de evitar el mal mayor.
