A Russian fighter jet on Saturday made repeated “provocative” close-range, low-altitude passes above the US Navy destroyer Donald Cook [N.A.T.O.] while it was steaming in the Black Sea, heightening Cold War-style tensions that have continued to escalate for weeks, a defense official said.
The Russian SU-24 Fencer made a total of 12 passes above the destroyer that is equipped with the powerful AEGIS missile defense system. The incident occurred in international waters about 48 hours after the Navy ship arrived in the Black Sea.

Of course the aircraft made those dangerous and intimidating maneuvers (say intimidating because it seems to be that the Russian pilot believed to be in Crimea) know we are repetitive, but the West has not yet gives Putin has declared war on the West.

So no point in being Lavrov in such circumstances , as to the free world has no credibility of any type or form , perhaps for security negotiating a peaceful Russian Ukraine , but not for the evidence and FACTS .
As we got to deduct in the common sense , the more likely the truth, and in the objectivity of the facts related are Russian provocations .
Well, so, there are very nice and lovely treaty recognized internationally where refers to the navigation areas related Black Sea and sea areas .
But it seems that Russian politicians do not sympathize much the idea of respect for international treaties , it seems ..

Un avión de combate ruso el sábado hizo peligrosas acciones "provocaciones" de corto alcance, de baja altitud pasando por encima del destructor de la Armada de EE.UU., [O.T.A.N.] Donald Cook mientras navegaba en el Mar Negro, lo que han aumentado las tensiones al estilo de la Guerra Fría que han continuado en aumento durante semanas, dijo un portavoz y funcionario de defensa de los Estados Unidos de América.
El caza ruso SU-24 Fencer hizo un total de 12 pases por encima del destructor, que está equipado con el potente sistema de defensa de misiles AEGIS. El incidente se produjo en aguas internacionales cerca de 48 horas después de que el buque de la Armada pudiera tener acceso al Mar Negro.
Opinión :
Por supuesto el avión realizó dichas maniobras peligrosas e intimidatorias( decimos intimidatorias pues parece ser que el piloto ruso creía estar en Crimea)
sabemos que somos reiterativos, pero Occidente aún no se dá cuenta que Putin ha declarado la guerra a Occidente.
Por otra parte, dentro de lo malo, de la nueva provocación en agüas internacionales contra las Fuerzas de la [O.T.A.N.], significa a nuestro modo de entender,
que Putin está fuera de si, ha perdido los papeles, no sabe lo que hacer para subir puntos por su nefasta política criminal en el mundo.

- ¿Y cómo lo ven los rusos?
Por que tal vez puedan pensar algunos amigos de Rusia que la presencia de la OTAN en el Mar Negro es una provocación hacia Rusia.
Pero antes de cada opinión libre, sería interesante conocer, tener los conocimientos previos para saber que es legal o no legal, que puede estar justificado, permitido para un sentido de la legalidad internacional.
Hagamos un esfuerzo psicológico y seremos por unos momentos el prestigioso, magnifico, increíble, y especial político de rusia denominado Lavrov.
Puede llegar a pensar dicha persona que puede ser una provocación previa como decimos si ho hubiera un conflicto internacional creado por las acciones desproporcionadas de Putin.Por otra parte, sabemos que dicho político ruso, Lavrov, mintió a la Comunidad internacional además de negar en repetidas ocasiones la presencia de tropas rusas en suelo soberano de Ucrania.
No solo eso, para evitar malentendidos de posibles intereses de Rusia en Ucrania, no solo ignoró a las Naciones Unidas y sus tratados internacionales, además robó la peninsula de Ucrania, Crimea, de forma ilegal y criminal según las Naciones Unidas y el país de Ucrania.
Por lo tanto, no tiene sentido ser Lavrov en dichas circunstancias, pues para el mundo libre no tiene credibilidad de ningún tipo o forma, tal vez para seguir negociando una salida pacífica de Rusia de Ucrania, pero no para las pruebas y los FACTS.
Por lo que llegamos a deducir dentro del sentido común, la verdad más posible, y dentro de la objetividad de los hechos relacionados, que son provocaciones de Rusia.
Pues hay tratados muy bonitos y preciosos reconocidos internacionalmente donde se alude a la navegación por las zonas de Mar Negro y relacionadas zonas marítimas.
Pero parece que a los políticos rusos no les simpatiza mucho la idea del respeto a los tratados internacionales, parece ser..
Sabiamos que iba a ocurrir similares acciones de provocaciones de Rusia, por eso nos adelantamos enviando un post de información para el referido tema, para prevenir a los amigos del Mundo Libre [Free_World] contra los imperialistas rusos de Putin.
Nosotros creemos que se deben de grabar, retener imagenes, aportar multimedia de acciones y sucesos que ocurran contra el Mundo Libre, pues creemos que Rusia está preparando alguna acción mediática como intento desesperado a la opinión pública mundial en contra dela OTAN y los Aliados en el mundo.Estamos orgullosos de que Estados Unidos de América, en concreto dicha nave militar [US] que ***** protegen el Mar Negro y los países amigos de la zona *****, decimos, no hayan entrado en dichas provocaciones primitivas y fáciles.
